the big swab 2011

In Uncategorized on March 15, 2011 at 8:18 pm

This year is again time to sample the UK’s amphibians. The project is lead by the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) and the Amphibian & Reptile Groups of the UK (ARG UK).

This important survey is pretty much undertaken by volunteers. In 2008 6,000 amphibians were swabbed.

I have two survey packs and I have two sites where amphibians will be surveyed. The protocols are found on the Big Swab 2011 page on http://www.arguk.org.
